I would like to express my pride of belonging to the Industrial Relations and Personnel Management Department, Faculty of Management Science, University of Lagos. It is taught in most universities, hence the need to meet universal standards to master. In fact, the Industrial Relations and Personnel Management  is considered as one of the leading departments not only at the level of the Faculty of Management Science of The University of Lagos but also at the level of the University itself. It offers Industrial Relations and Personnel Management  Bachelor program and teaches students according to an academic plan and wide-ranging curriculum in the field and sphere of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management  which combines comprehensiveness and depth in dealing with knowledge in all skills in order to hone the skills of student. 

University of Lagos to be in the top of the most important academic institutions in the world. From this standpoint, the Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management in the Faculty of Management Science of University of Lagos is doing its best to serve this programme in terms of instruction, research and innovation.
