While I teach a broad range of HRM modules, my current research primarily explores work-life balance, flexible working practices, gender-related issues, sustainability, and diversity and inclusion. In my teaching, I incorporate case studies, experiential learning methods, and critical thinking techniques to foster active engagement and real-world application of theoretical concepts. I also work closely with industry professionals and academic peers (across and beyond my discipline) to enhance the quality and impact of my teaching and research.<\/p>\n<p>My academic journey took shape during my PhD programme at the University of Warwick, UK, where I investigated the work-life balance experiences of women in Nigeria\u2019s Oil and Gas sector. This foundational study deeply informed my research trajectory.
