My research experise lies in comparative HRM, with a focus on multinational HRM, diversity, public sector HRM, public policy, governance and development studies. My Ph.D. thesis investigated organisational culture and HR practices in multinational oil companies in Nigeria, contributing significantly to the field of International and Comparative HRM. Committed to teaching excellence and scholarly research,\u00a0 I employ innovative pedagogies including storey telling to foster engaging learning environments that promotes intellectual growth and optimal student outcomes. With over nine years of postdoctoral experience, I have developed strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. My academic portfolio includes publications in scholarly journals, teaching diverse students, and supervising projects, with recognition\u00a0 for excellence.
