            Personal Statement

I am an early career researcher and, a Just transition and the use of AI in the workplace enthusiast, with a passion for advancing sustainable solutions in employment relations and human resource management practice. My work focuses on developing evidence based HRM, decent work practice and sustainable psychological contract by bridging the gap between employer and employee experience in employment relationship. My ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between theory and practices by advocating for ethical work practice, innovative and scientific solutions to organizational challenges.
