Personal Statement
I am a business coach and mentor to many upcoming young entrepreneurs and role model to several students at both undergraduate and post graduate (M.Sc. & Ph.D.) levels. My research, teaching and consulting experiences spanned across twenty three (23) years in both private and public organizations. My area of expertise focus on entrepreneurial creativity and innovations, strategic & change management, family-owned businesses and succession planning, youth and women empowerment with keen interest in Agro-allied businesses. I have contributed to numerous books and scholarly articles in both local and international reputable journals. As a result-oriented personality, I am determined to create positive impact in my immediate environment. I have passion for community focused projects and always willing to add values to humanities.
