Personal Statement

Laolu Oluwafemi is an academic and administrator with over 26 years teaching experience in Business Administration. Organizational Behavior and Industrial Psychology specializing in Personality, attitude and Behavior. I earned a B. Sc. and M. Sc degrees at the University of Lagos, and a Ph.D. degree at the University of Ibadan. I currently serve as Head, Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences. I have served the University in various capacities; held various positions including Examination Officer both at the Faculty and Departmental Levels, Assistant and PG Coordinator, Member Conference Planning Committee. Chair of the Abstract for Conference Planning Committee, I have published in peer-reviewed international and national scholarly journals. I have supervised over 250 postgraduate students, including 8 doctoral candidates. I have attended national and international conferences and trainings, community service. I am deeply committed to academic excellence and impactful research, teaching and mentoring younger generation of scholars.
