Personal Statement

I am a corporate finance expert with a deep background in investment analysis and quantitative financial methods. Over two decades of teaching and research, my work has focused on the intersection of macroeconomic variables and firm performance, financial innovation, and capital markets in developing economies. I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervised over 100 graduate theses, and held several administrative roles within the University of Lagos. My current research investigates ESG metrics and their impact on corporate finance, as well as the evolving role of blockchain in capital markets.
