Dr. Abu is a distinguished finance scholar and educator with over 23 years of academic and professional experience in corporate finance, financial markets, development finance, and financial technology. He has earned a Ph.D. in Finance (Banking Operations) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. His research primarily focuses on the intersection of finance and economic development, including capital market performance, public finance, taxation, Fintech innovation, behavioral finance, and sustainable investment. Dr. Abu is widely published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work at both local and international conferences.
