Personal Statement

I am a researcher in the area of Health and Care, Life Assurance, Pension, Life Table Construction and Mortality Study, Investment and Financial Engineering. I am among the pioneer M.Sc. and Ph.D. Actuarial Science graduates from the department. I am an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN.  My other professional affiliation also includes: student member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFOA, UK); International Biometry Society (IBS); International Statistical Institute (ISI) and many other professional bodies. I have participated in many grant winning researches locally and internationally. I am very vast in the area of Product Management and Data analytics like, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau and SQL. My ultimate goal is to provide solutions to the vast of area of risk management in insurance, banking, health and care, pension and other financial and non-financial sectors of the economy.
