A. Personal Statement

I am a strategic management expert with a focus on organisational effectiveness. I have extensive industry experience, which includes 25 years in two multinationals – Elf and Total, now TotalEnergies. Since becoming an academic, I have undertaken consultancy activities in operations and turnaround management at TotlaEnergies, Oando Plc., Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria (MOMAN) amongst others. I am also involved in human resource training and development and have carried out training of executives / managers of various organisations.

I continue to pursue real-world relevant studies to empower partitioners as they seek to successfully navigate an increasingly volatile business world.
