  1. Personal Statement

I am a versatile academic, a consummate professional accountant and trainer, with experience that traverses tax consulting, auditing, business formation and human capital development in both private and public sectors. I leverage my professional practice and academic experiences in designing and facilitating impactful training, skill acquisition and retreat programmes within and outside Nigeria. As an academic, I strive to foster a learning ecosystem where academic rigor is seamlessly integrated with real world relevance. I advocate that management academics should pivot to teaching the practice of management and generating research outputs that are industry-relevant. My research interest covers sustainability, integrated reporting, auditing human capital accounting and environmental accounting. This reflects my believe in triple bottom line approach and trans-generational equity in the corporate performance measurement. I am passionate about empowering and mentoring youths. In every way I can, I promote and support youth organisations and individual young persons, them to institutions and individuals that will assist them seize available opportunities and optimise their potentials.
