Personal Statement
I am a dedicated Human Resource Management (HRM) expert and early-career researcher with a specialized focus on strategic human resource management and human asset accounting. My passion lies in leveraging data-driven HR strategies and human capital metrics to inform policy and enhance organizational performance, particularly within the public and private sectors in Africa.
My research centers on the integration of strategic HRM practices with emerging trends in human asset accounting to better understand and quantify the value of human capital as a critical driver of sustainable development. I am deeply committed to advancing evidence-based practices that align workforce development with organizational goals, economic realities, and social needs especially in developing contexts.
