I am an early career researcher specialising in Employment Relations and Human Resource Management with profound interest in advancing research that would enhance HR operations, quality of work-life, and sustainable livelihood for working individuals. My work focuses on the effective development and management of workforce for improved productivity and well-being of working individuals. My goal is to translate research into models and policy that would effectively address the challenges of people management at work, and enhance quality of work-life and sustainable livelihood for the development of Africa through interdisciplinary approach and innovative collaborative research.
