Personal Statement

I am a committed researcher in the field of Human Resources, and my middle and long-term goals resonate around redefining a safe workplace, demonstrating equity and inclusiveness (minimizing conflicts), where talent management is constructively handled through efficient core Human Resource (HR) policies to train and retain the best brains for national development. My classroom dynamics explores critical thinking, and draws examples from observable real-world scenarios, and this stimulation enhances my students’ performance(s) to compete favourably with their counterparts in the developed world. My ultimate goal is to continue to produce refined, practical-oriented Human Resource personnels that understand and practice core HR polices that would promote industrial harmony among the stakeholders in the workplace.
