A. Personal Statement
I am an accomplished and hard-working person, bringing over 12 years of industry knowledge and experience in multifunctional roles/tasks to academia. I am a fast learner, adaptive, results-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills. I am also skilled in championing best practices to foster learning and undertake new challenges. My research work has been published in a variety of national and international journals, with impressive Google Scholar Citations. My ultimate goal is to develop students’ potential through innovative teaching/learning approaches and to utilize my knowledge, experience, and skills to contribute to diverse fields of endeavours. I recently concluded the National Accreditation and Certification Programme from the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) to provide business advisory and support services to businesses in diverse industry. My area of research interest includes service quality, brand management, supply chain management and logistics, entrepreneurship development, and relationship marketing.
