A. Personal Statement

I am a committed, innovative, and knowledgeable professional with experience in teaching and doctoral research supervision in multicultural higher education institutions. I have over 25 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Teaching for me includes mentoring and advising, and I have especially enjoyed fulfilling this role in multicultural academic environments. I am a Risk Management Expert versed in Risk Management and its applications to diverse sectors. I also have online teaching experience, am familiar with the use of Adobe Connect, Blackboard and VLS. I possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills. I have experience working with students from multicultural backgrounds and a positive disposition towards highly motivated students.
