PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am a mid-career researcher with dual interests in risk management and Insurance. My focused interest in risk management explores how risk management can aligned with decision making in enhancing corporate strategic objectives and sustainability of organizations. My other interest is focused on insurance, particularly investigating how micro-insurance research can be effective, sustainable and accessible to its target population and its role in promoting financial inclusion. As a faculty member and associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), fostering the knowledge of risk management and insurance and grounding them in realities of the Nigerian populace to improve economic stability is the motivation behind my research.
