Personal Statement
My work centres on entrepreneurship and strategic management, with a strong focus on real-world impact and enterprise development. Drawing on experience in both academia and the banking sector, I engage in research and initiatives that bridge the gap between strategic theory and practical solutions for MSMEs and family businesses, particularly across Africa. I have contributed to capacity-building programmes, policy development, and enterprise advisory, guided by a commitment to empowering youth and women through innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing. I thrive on purpose-driven work that supports sustainable development and strengthens local economic resilience.
