Personal Statement

I am a Senior Lecturer and  researcher in the Department of Business Administration with special interest in Strategic management with particular focus on Corporate governance, managerial and corporate behaviours in public corporations. My work focuses on trying to understand why public corporations and many government agencies find it challenging taking strategic decisions to align with overall objectives and ethical standards expected of them. The purpose is to proffer solutions/make plausible suggestions for compliance with expected ethical standards as well as informing the right strategic decisions for efficiency of public corporations and government agencies..
