Dr. Gloria Chinyere Alaneme

I am a lecturer and researcher with several publications to my credit. I am enthusiastic about imparting knowledge on how to strategically manage organizations and encourage healthy competition that constantly puts businesses on their toes to serve society, and at the same time build a great work force. My passion extends to fostering SMEs growth, promoting intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial mindset of young people, helping to nurture their entrepreneurial interest and skills, so as to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all as stipulated in sustainable development goal eight. This is against the backdrop that entrepreneurship is the bedrock of economic growth for every nation. My research interest extends to distance learning education, where I have thought for over a decade and half, ensuring equal opportunities for all in terms of access and support to learning. My aim most importantly is to be committed to research works that would help solve real life problems of managing businesses (Micro, Small, Medium, Large) effectively and efficiently, bringing about changes in the industry and for the society through creativity and innovation.
