The Department of Employment Relations & Human Resource Management (ERHRM) is part of the Faculty of Management Sciences at the University of Lagos. The department runs an undergraduate programme leading to the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Employment Relations and Human Resource Management, alongside postgraduate programmes including the MBA and Ph.D.
